Acquired by the Aditya Birla Group in January 2003, this plant is one of the best methane gas-based plants in the world and is designed with highly-sophisticated instrumentation, and control and monitoring system to ensure reliable, safe and environment-friendly operations.

The ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified plant has a capacity of 50,000tpa.

The plant caters to domestic demand and also exports CS2 to countries across the globe including South Korea, Australia, Japan, Thailand, India, Malaysia and South Africa.
